Presented with Fusebox

A young mosquito leaves his small town in the country to seek fame and fortune in the big city and fulfill his dream of playing in one of the greatest bands of all time at Sid Villa’s Music Hall. Watch as a team of 14 performers bring this story to life simultaneously on stage and screen with detailed miniature sets, live puppetry, cinematography, and live music by Kid Koala and a string trio.

A funny, charming, Chaplin-esque live theatre experience that’s fun for the entire family. Kid Koala has established himself as a respected performer, film composer, theater producer and visual artist. His career began as a scratch DJ in 1994, rapidly growing a cult fan base due to his virtuosic skills. Ever innovating, he quickly evolved into combining turntables with analog machines and visual storytelling devices to create his signature style.

Daytime performances of Kid Koala – The Storyville Mosquito are available for school group audiences. Learn more.
