Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating is available at all Texas Performing Arts venues. When purchasing ADA seats online, select the icon under the performance date for ADA seating.

If you require additional assistance or have other special seating concerns, please notify the Ticket Office at 512.471.1444 or tickets@texasperformingarts.org.

Sign Interpretation, Audio Description, and Assisted Listening Devices

To request sign interpretation or audio description for a Texas Performing Arts event, please email or call our Ticket Office at 512.471.1444 at least two weeks before the event date.

Services are not guaranteed for all events, but we will make every effort to accommodate each request.

Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available at all Bass Concert Hall events. You may use the headphones provided or request a T-Coil Loop for direct connection to your hearing aids. Your hearing aid must have the T-Coil function to properly operate with the T-Coil Loop. This service is free of charge but a driver’s license is required for loan of equipment.

Assisted Listening Devices are not available for events in McCullough Theatre.

Sign interpreted performances are scheduled for the first Saturday matinee during the run of a Broadway in Austin show. Ticket requests can be made by calling or sending an email to the Texas Performing Arts Ticket Office at 512.471.1444. Requests for all other performances should be made least two weeks prior to a performance to make the proper arrangements. Services are not guaranteed for all events and are subject to the availability of an interpreter.

Audio descriptive services are available for the Thursday evening during the run of a Broadway show. Requests can be made by calling or sending an email to the Texas Performing Arts Ticket Office at 512.471.1444. Requests should be made least two weeks prior to a performance to make the proper arrangements. Services are not guaranteed for all events and are subject to the availability of an interpreter.
