How do I sign in to my Texas Performing Arts account?

How do I sign up to receive information about special offers, on-sale dates for performances, and other news?

Once seats are selected you have 8 minutes to complete the order.

What are “best available” seats?

These are the best seats currently available for purchase on the ticketing system.

What are ticket limits?

Ticket limits may be in place on the first day of sales or during presales to prevent individuals from over-purchasing tickets.

How do I order accessible tickets?

Accessible Seating is available at all Texas Performing Arts venues. When purchasing ADA seats online, select the icon under the performance date for ADA seating.

What are limited view seats?

Some seats may offer a limited view of the stage for certain events. This may be due to the theater's fixed architecture or the staging of the performance. For additional questions, please contact us at 512.471.1444 Monday–Friday from 10 am–5 pm.

Why am I being asked to enter a password for my credit card transaction?

If you have enrolled your credit card in the fraud protection programs “Verified by Visa” or “SecurecodeMC” you will be asked to enter your password before completing your transaction. TPA Internet sales does not have the ability to view or change your password. If you have questions, please contact the phone number on the back of your credit card.

I have a charge from TX PERF ARTS WEB SALES. What does this mean?

You have purchased a ticket to a Texas Performing Arts event online. This is our merchant account name.

Do children need a ticket to attend a performance?

Every person attending a performance at Texas Performing Arts venues must have a ticket to enter.

What are mobile tickets?

Mobile tickets are delivered via email as soon as your payment is processed. Each ticket link should be opened and added to your phone's digital wallet. When you arrive at the pedestal ticket scanner, please be prepared to use the NFC tap if it's enabled on your phone or self-scan each ticket's QR code.

I lost the original email that contained the tickets. How do I get another email sent?

Sign in to the account used to purchase the tickets. Click on “Reissue Ticket” and check the appropriate box. You will receive a new email with the tickets that are now valid. The barcode from the original ticket will become invalid.

How do I purchase or redeem a Texas Performing Arts Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates are available for purchase online, and in person. Gift certificates are sent via mobile delivery.  

Gift certificates are redeemable by calling the Ticket Office at 512.471.1444 Monday–Friday from 10 am–5 pm, in person Monday–Friday from 10 am–5 pm, or by emailing the Ticket Office at tickets@texasperformingarts.org.

Can I purchase tickets with someone else’s credit card?

No, Texas Performing Arts only accepts orders from the authorized cardholder.

My computer crashed while ordering tickets. How do I find out if I got the tickets?

Please contact us at 512.471.1444 if you are having technical difficulties while ordering tickets. We are open Monday–Friday from 10 am–5 pm. If you need assistance after hours, please email us at tickets@texasperformingarts.org.

What are Student Rush tickets and how do I get them?

Student Rush tickets are discounted Broadway student tickets that are available with an ID at the ticket office on the day of the show you wish to attend. These offers are limited and not available for all Broadway performances. Please contact the ticket office for details at 512.471.1444.

I purchased tickets from a third-party vendor. Can you confirm these are valid tickets?

All third-party tickets are not guaranteed entry and we cannot confirm their validity prior to the time of entry.

Do you have discounted tickets for educators?

Throughout the year, in appreciation for the work they do, teachers on the Teacher Tix @ TPA mailing list receive notification about free or discounted seats to Texas Performing Arts shows. Sign up here.

Where can I buy tickets to a show if it’s sold out, or sell tickets if I’m unable to attend a show?
