Expect heavy traffic: Arrive at least 60 minutes prior to show time to avoid congestion. Parking is available in the San Jacinto Garage. Use the Trinity Street entrance and purchase parking online in advance to expedite entry. Ride-sharing and carpooling are highly encouraged to avoid traffic-related delays.
In support of the Red River Alignment Project for the new Moody Center, please be advised there will be ongoing construction and detours, along with permanent changes in traffic flow surrounding the Texas Performing Arts venues.
- Trinity Street is now one way heading south and accessible from Robert Dedman Drive.
- Red River will be closed from Clyde Littlefield Drive to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (MLK).
Please expect increased congestion in this area throughout the duration of the project.
Texas Performing Arts encourages guests to arrive early in order to find parking. Free parking is not available on The University of Texas campus. The San Jacinto Garage is the closest parking on campus to Texas Performing Arts venues. Purchase San Jacinto Garage parking online prior to your event. Exit the San Jacinto Garage on level three onto Trinity Street and head south to Bass Concert Hall.
Additional parking is available in surface parking Lot 39, located east of the LBJ Library.
Accessible parking is available on Trinity Street, and the San Jacinto Garage. D and D+ ADA spaces are available after 5:45 pm M-F and on the weekends with a state-issued ADA placard or license plate. M-F, 7:30 am – 5:45pm these spaces also require a UT Parking Permit.
Lot 39 and Special Accommodation Parking on Robert Dedman Drive is available on a first-come, first-served basis for Bass Concert Hall events. Payment for parking in these locations is made via the Parkmobile app. Download the app in advance from the Apple App Store or Google Play. When you park, enter the parking zone number displayed on the signage at the parking location to pay via the app.
The pick-up and drop-off point for Rideshare services to Bass Concert Hall is on DeLoss Dodds Way in front of the venue.

Bicycle racks are located near each venue’s entrance. Please park bicycles properly and secure them to the provided racks. Bicycles secured to anything other than a bicycle rack are considered improperly parked and subject to impoundment at the owner’s expense per UT Parking at Transportation Services.
