VIP preshow add-on package doesn't include a ticket to the show. Everyone 1 year and older needs a ticket to the show and an add-on VIP ticket to participate. Every child under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Rideshare is strongly recommended. We encourage you to arrive 60 minutes prior to show time to avoid traffic congestion.
Skip the lines at the garage by parking in surface Lot 39, a six-minute walk to the theatre. Download the ParkMobile app to pay for Lot 39 parking when you arrive.
Parking is available in the San Jacinto Garage. Please reserve your spot in advance online for fastest entry.
Valet parking is available in front of Bass Concert Hall for this performance. Spaces are limited so guests are encouraged to secure a spot in advance of your show.

Grab & Go drinks and snacks are available on Level 2. Full-service bars are located on levels 3-6 at this time. The café on Level 3 offers light snacks, and the Texas on Tap bar on Level 3 offers Texas craft beers and coffee by Nespresso.
