The Jimmy Awards® connect HAYA performers to Broadway-level training, mentorship, and national recognition.
Pathway:
- Eligible Lead and Supporting nominees are prepared to audition before a panel.
- Two students (one male-identifying, one female-identifying) are chosen to represent Central Texas
- Winners attend 10 days of rehearsals and coaching in NYC, culminating in a Broadway performance and national competition

Student Reporter Program:
Open to any HAYA student, this national program allows two students to serve as official reporters, covering rehearsals, red carpets, and the ceremony for Broadway media outlets.
