TICKETS ON SALE THIS FRIDAY, MAY 7 AT 10 AM AND
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT BASS CONCERT HALL EVENT UPDATES

Austin, TX – Texas Performing Arts announces tickets for Disney Princess - The Concert to go on sale this Friday, May 7 at 10 am at texasperformingarts.org. The performance is scheduled for Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Bass Concert Hall.

For generations, Disney’s Princesses have enchanted us with their courage and kindness. Their music has been the soundtrack to our lives. Now, for the first time in forever, that beloved music will be celebrated in Disney Princess - The Concert. “Be our guest” as Broadway’s Belle, Jasmine, Anastasia, and Nala celebrate all the Disney Princesses in an unforgettable evening of songs, animation, and stories! Drama Desk®-nominee Christy Altomare, Tony®-nominee Susan Egan, Grammy®-nominee Courtney Reed, and BroadwayWorld Award-winner Syndee Winters join forces in this concert of a lifetime, alongside their magical Music Director, Benjamin Rauhala and enchanting Prince, Adam J. Levy.  Your every dream will come true as these acclaimed Broadway stars sing your favorite Disney Princess songs, and share their exclusive, hilarious and heartfelt behind-the-scenes stories. Dress up in your best royal attire and get ready for an unforgettable evening at Disney Princess - The Concert. Cast subject to change.

In addition, previously scheduled performances including STOMP, Iliza Shlesinger, The Beach Boys, RAIN: A Tribute to the Beatles, and Bert Kreischer are returning to the road and will visit Austin’s Bass Concert Hall between August and December 2021. Tickets are on sale now for these performances and available at texasperformingarts.org. 

Previously purchased tickets for rescheduled dates will be honored for the new performance dates and times.  Guests unable to attend a rescheduled performance on the new date may request a refund by contacting the Texas Performing Arts ticket office at tickets@texasperformingarts.org or 512.471.1444.

Bert Kreischer: The Berty Boy Tour – NEW Date – Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 7 pm

Hey Big Boy – Bert Kreischer’s Back! Bert Kreischer first became famous for the six years he spent partying at FSU, inspiring National Lampoon’s Van Wilder in the process. And while he may have calmed down in the intervening few decades, he still knows how to let wild – and he’s ready to prove that again with his long-awaited new tour.

ABOUT TEXAS PERFORMING ARTS

Texas Performing Arts is the performing arts presenting program of The University of Texas at Austin and operates campus venues including Bass Concert Hall and McCullough Theatre.  It is the home of the Lexus Broadway in Austin series. In calendar year 2019 Bass Concert Hall had the highest number of tickets sold of any theater in Austin, was #2 in the State of Texas and #22 in the world, according to industry publication Pollstar. Following a national search, Tony Award-winning producer Bob Bursey was appointed Executive Director in January, 2020.
