Bass Concert Hall

Texas Performing Arts at The University of Texas at Austin is made up of five state-of-the-art theatres, shops, rehearsal spaces, offices and meeting rooms located not only in the PAC building, but also throughout the College of Fine Arts and the University of Texas campus. These five venues range in size from 200 seats to 2,900 seats, each designed to accommodate a wide range of artistic disciplines and production demands.

From the intimacy of the 200-seat Oscar G. Brockett Theatre, to the acoustically superior 700-seat Bates Recital Hall, to the lavish newly renovated 2,900-seat Bass Concert Hall, Texas Performing Arts is able to present the grandest Broadway musical production as well as the smallest one-act play in a setting most conducive to both the production and the audience. Additional venues include McCullough Theatre and B. Iden Payne Theatre.
